By accessing or using the OUTTHEGATE 1STOP LLC website, mobile app, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
OTG 1STOP provides mobile automotive repair, home services, commercial services, vehicle wraps and graphics, window tinting, printing, and related services. Services are subject to availability, scheduling, and a mobile trip charge that may apply based on your location. Specific service details, pricing, and turnaround times will be confirmed before work begins.
Estimates & Pricing
Pricing displayed on our website represents starting prices. Final pricing depends on vehicle condition, scope of work, parts required, and other factors identified during service. We provide transparent, upfront pricing before any work begins. Prices may increase if additional repairs or hidden damage is discovered, and you will be notified before such work proceeds.
Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments can be scheduled online or by phone. A deposit of 50% may be required on most jobs to secure your booking. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.
Payments & Financing
We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe, as well as other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment plans are available with approval. Full payment is due upon completion of services unless a financing plan has been approved in writing.
Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. No refunds are issued on completed services. If you believe a service was not performed as agreed, please contact us within 7 days to request a review.
Warranty
Workmanship is covered under our service warranty for a period specified at the time of service. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Parts warranties are subject to the respective manufacturer's terms.
Liability
OTG 1STOP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or issues not disclosed to us.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website and app — including logos, designs, text, and graphics — is the property of OUTTHEGATE 1STOP LLC and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
